I take your privacy and the privacy of your children very seriously. I am a parent myself and am very cautious about where I post my children's photos. Information that I collect is used to keep a record of who is accessing our children's photos and to process orders. Although photo galleries are not usually password protected, they are not generally accessible to anybody who does not have the proper Web address or access code. I will not share your personal information with third parties not involved in the order fulfillment process. By using this web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please free to contact me using the Contact link at the top of this page or by sending an email message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The galleries used to store images are not password protected, but they also are not generally accessible to those who do not have the proper web address (also known as a "URL" or "Uniform Resource Locator") that was provided to you to access the gallery. Posting the URL of a gallery to a public place, such as Facebook, will increase the chances that the URL of the gallery becomes publicly searchable and available. For this reason, and given that these galleries contain images of our children, I ask that you do not publish the URL of the gallery to any public web site. Instead, please post the URL of the home page (http://photos.bmason.com/) or the "View Gallery" page (http://photos.bmason.com/clients.html) along with your access code. This will allow friends and family to access the photos without publishing the URL in a public place that can be read by search engines.
If you wish to review, modify, or remove your information, including photos of your children from this web site, please contact me at email@example.com or by using the Contact link at the top of the page. I will make every reasonable efforts to fulfill your request.
I reserve the right to make changes to my policies at any time. However, I will not do so without posting the changes here.
